Done, is it? So quickly after all this time?
Legal issue germane to the discussion on a bylaws amendment that is to be put in front of the membership? I can't fathom that there is ANY good reason to have such a discussion in executive session, since this is an issue that, ultimately, the membership is required to vote on.
If there is a legal opinion or a legal question regarding the amendment (I know I and others have pointed out some - I can only wonder whether those same issues are what you talked about in Exec session; I know not to ask for details of exec session, as they won't be forthcoming), then the membership deserves full daylight/transparency as to what those issues are and all legal opinions presented (whether it be by any of AMC's appointed counsel or any of the lawyers who sit on AMC).
